Where we process personal information on behalf of customers, we do so as a service provider/processor. Where you use the Service for your own account, we determine purposes and means of processing for those interactions.

  • Account & contact data: name, email address, and other identifiers you provide to create or manage an account.
  • Usage & operational data: activity logs, features used, and service performance information.
  • Content you provide: deadline items, compliance notes, documents or entries you enter into the Service (as applicable).
  • Support data: information you share when contacting us (e.g., support requests).

3) How we use information

We use personal/client information to: (a) provide and operate the Service (including deadline management and compliance dashboards); (b) communicate with you about your account and the Service; (c) authenticate and secure access; (d) troubleshoot, audit, and improve performance; and (e) comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4) Sharing & disclosures

We may share personal/client information with: (a) service providers that help us deliver the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery, security); (b) professional advisors (e.g., legal/accounting) where needed; and (c) third parties if required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information as “sale” under CPRA/CCPA in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.

10) Subscription payments (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription and make online payments, the subscription agreement discloses our provider name, address, and telephone number as required by Cal. Civ. Code § 1789.3.
